This is the shut-off valve only. The Quick Connect Backpack Pump Refiller is comprised of two parts-- the shut-off valve and the nozzle. The Quick Connect Refiller as a whole is true to it's name in that it is truly a Quick Connect nozzle. It can be put on a ball shut off and controlled without shutting down the hose lay or opening and shutting the gate on an engine. Or, it can be changed over from a garden hose nozzle in seconds to fill an empty backpack pump. AND, it can be stored neatly in small spaces at only 3.5" long.
